John has been a leader in the Los Angeles design industry for over 20 years as a company principal, brand executive, marketing expert, and tastemaker. He has also used his design and artistic skills to precipitate social justice and is known for his long history of work in the non-profit world.

A founding board member of the La Cienega Design Quarter, John also served on the board of West Hollywood's BID, The Avenues- Art, Fashion & Design District, and currently sits on the board of the LACMA Decorative Arts and Design Council. Recently, he co-founded the La Brea Highland Association of shelter businesses.

In the late 90's, John designed his own line of furniture for his showroom and interior design studio in Santa Monica, CA. Since then, he has launched and guided several of Los Angeles' most successful shelter brands and flagship showrooms including Williams-Sonoma Home, Baker Furniture, Andrew Martin International, Creato Finito Home, and Erinn V Maison.

Originally from Connecticut, where French and Italian were spoken in his home, John holds a BA in Communications from Assumption College with a focus on Linguistics. In 2009, he completed a month long intensive workshop on Art History at the Uffizi Museum in Florence, Italy.

John currently serves on the Creative Council for The Avenues- Art, Fashion & Design District and sits on the board of MaximalistLife.com.
